Store hours: Weekdays 10am-6pm; Saturday 11am-2pm; Closed Sundays

Our regular store hours during the academic year are Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm CST and Saturday 11am to 2pm CST. We are closed on Sunday. Any changes to our regular hours will be noted on our store's main page. Feel free to call us at during business hours at 651-696-6688. Shipping info: Most orders are processed the next business day after order is received. The shipment will be sent the following business day after processing, pending credit card approval. We are not working with a "real time" inventory system, so it is possible the item you have chosen may be out of stock. We will always check our stock before processing your credit card. We will contact you via e-mail or by phone if the item is out of stock.

Refunds: You have up to 30 days from the date of shipment to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied. If we ship you the wrong item, or the item was damaged during shipping, we will gladly refund all shipping charges. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PACKING SLIP AS YOUR RECEIPT. Any item purchased online can be returned in our store, but the packing slip is necessary for a return. You may receive a like item (same item in a different size). The customer is required to pay the return postage, but the Highlander Store will pay the postage to return the replacement item to you. If you would like a refund, please specify a refund on the packing slip and we will return a copy of the credit to you in the mail. All clothing items must be returned with original tags attached. We are unable to give a refund on any previously worn or washed clothing items.

Gift Certificates: All Highlander Store gift certificates are valid for one year after the purchase date. We sell gift cetificates in our store. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please call us at 651-696-6688 during business hours or email us. If you wish to redeem a gift certificate but can not visit us in person, please e-mail with your order. We will confirm that we have what you have ordered is in stock. At that time we will hold the merchandise and ask you to send us your gift certificate. When we receive your gift certificate we will send your merchandise. We will hold the merchandise for 14 days, if we have not received the gift certificate within that timeframe, your items will be returned to stock. Macalester College (and the Highlander Store) are not responsible for lost or misdelivered gift certificates.
